No Guarantee of Results
While we use industry best practices and proven strategies, SEO Glendale does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, increases in website traffic, lead generation results, revenue growth, or search engine indexing.
Search engine algorithms and online competition are beyond our control, so results may vary between businesses and industries. Google’s own SEO Starter Guide makes a similar point: nothing ranks a site first automatically.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information necessary for project completion.
- Supply required access credentials in a timely manner.
- Review and approve content, designs, and deliverables promptly.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Delays that the client causes may also affect project timelines.
Payment Terms for Our Service Plans
Unless a written agreement states otherwise:
- Invoices are due upon receipt.
- We quote and invoice all fees in US dollars.
- Late payments may lead to service suspension.
- Deposits and setup fees are non-refundable.
- Monthly plans renew month to month until you cancel in writing; there is no long-term contract.
Failure to make payment may also result in termination of services. The current monthly plans appear on our pricing page.
Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, logos, branding, and materials displayed on this website are the property of SEO Glendale or its licensors.
Clients retain ownership of materials they provide.
Upon full payment, ownership of custom website content and deliverables may transfer to the client unless a written agreement specifies otherwise.
Website Use
You agree not to:

- Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code.

Ending Service Under These Terms
We reserve the right to terminate services or website access at any time if:

- Payments remain outstanding.
- We detect fraudulent or abusive activity.
Clients, too, may terminate services according to the terms in their service agreement.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our website. By using our website, you consent to our collection and use of information as that policy describes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and any dispute arising from them will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada, unless a signed service agreement between us says otherwise. Where a signed agreement and these Terms differ, the agreement applies.
If you are located in the United States, nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the laws of your state that cannot be waived by agreement.
Changes to These Terms of Service
